We have a holiday weekend coming up here in the US and the mere thought of putting on a bikini is enough to scare me, but the thought of a bikini against skin that has not seen sun since last summer is enough to send me- running! I don’t fake bake and, while I did try a self-tanner once, it made me look like a tangerine so, I have stayed faaaar away from these products. But, the other day I ran into a gal pal who had a beautiful glow: “look at that tan” ooh aahh tell me, “Where’d ya get that tan?” Expecting to hear two of my favorite words, St. Barths, I almost fell out of my Choo’s when she replied “Duane Reade down the street!” This beautiful glow came from a tube. SO, here we are and now I am doing market research for you…
We’ll call it faux glow or no go. I took photos of my legs today, and next Friday we’ll see just how well this works. For those of you who can’t wait for my results and want to start your own personal experiment, here is what I purchased:
Jergens Natural Glow (Firming version)….I mean since “it’s clinically proven to reduce the appearance of cellulite in as little as 7 days” (said in an infomercial voice) why the hell not…let’s go for it!
